1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the six6es platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the six6es Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or supplementary terms published on the platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and six6es.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Accept", making a deposit, or placing a bet through the six6es platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date;
• You accept that these terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and six6es.

six6es reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active six6es account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the six6es platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of six6es or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You do not have an existing six6es account that has been suspended or permanently closed by six6es. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time.
• You are not under a self-exclusion agreement with six6es or any other gambling platform that would render your continued use of six6es a breach of that agreement.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you based on your country or region of residence.

six6es actively employs age verification procedures during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Documentary evidence of age, including a valid national identity card or other government-issued identification, may be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe requested by six6es will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

If six6es has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be frozen, and a full investigation will be conducted. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use will be void and will not be paid out.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of six6es services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, account security, and communication purposes.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the six6es platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where six6es detects the existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified through shared device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any combination thereof — all associated accounts may be suspended and all balances and winnings may be voided pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6es account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. six6es will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify six6es immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. six6es may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while investigating any reported security incident.

3.3 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before six6es processes any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address.

Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. six6es reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it deems this necessary for compliance or security purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

six6es supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your six6es account within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• six6es does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. six6es is not responsible for third-party fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
• six6es reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it believes may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within one to three business days following KYC approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the six6es support team.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. six6es may request KYC documents before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of six6es operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST) will be processed on the next available business day.
• six6es reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while conducting security reviews or investigating suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be informed of any such hold within 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

six6es offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal rewards tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

six6es takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus funds and, depending on severity, the suspension or permanent closure of your account:

• Claiming the same promotional offer more than once using multiple accounts or payment methods;
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes or using extremely low-volatility strategies exclusively);
• Providing false or misleading information to claim a bonus to which you are not entitled;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures in a manner not intended by six6es.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• six6es reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes to future promotions.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of six6es management is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the six6es platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with six6es.
• Money Laundering: Using the six6es platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering under applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino games, poker variants, or multiplayer events.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of deposits made to your six6es account.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of a software bug, display error, calculation fault, or any other technical malfunction to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through a documented system error are void.
• Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour toward six6es staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating such access for a minor.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6es platform — including but not limited to the six6es brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6es or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6es platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any six6es content;
• Use the six6es brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of six6es intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with six6es.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6es, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond six6es reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of the platform on mobile or desktop devices;
• Actions taken by six6es in good faith to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or anti-money-laundering obligations, including the temporary or permanent suspension of an account.

six6es does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of six6es to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

six6es reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• The player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, collusive, or otherwise dishonest behaviour;
• The account is involved in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• six6es is required to act by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

In the event of account suspension pending investigation, six6es will notify the player via their registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension, unless notification is prohibited by applicable law or ongoing investigation requirements. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the six6es support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of six6es as an internationally operated platform. six6es does not make any specific representation regarding the legality of online gambling under the laws of Bangladesh — it is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and six6es regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account decision, you should follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of your dispute to the six6es support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and all supporting information. The support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to the six6es management team. Escalated disputes will be reviewed within ten business days. The management decision will be provided in writing to your registered email address.

11 Amendments to These Terms

six6es reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, six6es will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the six6es platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
